Your questions, answered

What kind of work do you do?
Everything. Pretty much: Routine cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings, crowns, extractions. Plus, we specialize in cosmetic dentistry: whitening, Invisalign, veneers, you name it.
What do you charge?
We’re not the cheapest, we’re not the most expensive (we think we’re in the dental sweet spot of highest quality that doesn't cost an arm and a leg). See our complete price list here.
What's your cancellation policy?
Can’t make it to your appointment? That’s fine! Please give us 24 hours advance notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Where can I find you?
A list of our locations can be found here. Have another place you’d like to see us? We’re all ears. Drop us a line at:
How can I get you to come to our office?
If you’re an employer and want us to visit, check out our contact page.
Should I come to brick-and-mortar or mobile?
You're in the driver's seat. We offer the same services across all locations. You pick the location that works best for you.

How does dental insurance work?
Great question. Insurance companies determine how much they will reimburse for every service -- usually 50 - 100% of the cost -- and every practice sets their own prices. If you're curious about what your out-of-pocket expenses will be, we're always happy to contact your insurance to help you find out.
Do you accept my insurance?
If you've got a PPO plan from Aetna, Ameritas, Beam, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Lincoln, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, or UnitedHealthcare we've got you. We're in-network with Delta Dental as a Premier Provider and an out-of-network provider for the other insurances.
What are my options if I don't have insurance?
We'd suggest purchasing an insurance plan that is HSA-compatible (also known as a health spending account; money spent on services is all tax deductible and withdrawals are tax-free). Another option would be to plan, budget, and pay out-of-pocket for your visit.
What about individual plans?
We get asked this a lot: whether it’s worthwhile to purchase dental insurance as an individual. We haven't found one we recommend (yet). Currently they come with long waiting periods and restrictions. We're staying informed and will let you know if something emerges that meets our standards.
